Christmas Reach

Together as a church, we are focusing our efforts on sharing the joy of Christmas with Acadiana. We want our community to know that Christmas is about "Emmanuel: God with us,” and we want to demonstrate His love in tangible ways as we make a difference in the community.

Shoeboxes for Seniors
December 3 - 10  | The Bayou  Church

The Bayou Church is working together with The Blake and Townsquare Media to show love to under-resourced senior citizens in Acadiana. Many of our senior citizens have no family to care for them and will not receive any gifts to celebrate Christmas. Together, we can make a difference by packing shoeboxes (plastic containers recommended) with NEW, unopened gifts such as hygiene items, games, puzzles, socks, and more that will be delivered to nursing homes, homebound elderly citizens, and other seniors in need.
