Have you ever felt the need to be a part of something bigger than yourself? Of course you have—you were made that way! We believe life transformation happens as a result of a growing relationship with Christ and with others. There are opportunities for you to be a part of a greater story, no matter your age or stage of life.
The Bayou Church is a place where the broken, hurting and hopeless can find help. We exist to be a place of compassion for all, not because of who we were, but because of what Jesus did for us on the cross. If you find yourself in need of support, we are here for you. You do not have to go through life alone!
Partner with The Bayou Church as volunteers at Festival International. We'll be sharing the love of Christ with people from all over Acadiana and beyond. Volunteers serve Wednesday-Sunday (April 25-29) in three- or four-hour shifts.
Hope is a word of optimism, and it has the potential to flourish in every area of our lives. In this sermon series, we will explore the circumstances surrounding the times when our relationships, failures, broken hearts or disappointments feel hopeless. Christ is the one who can change our hopeless perspective and turn it into joy. There is no such thing as “beyond repair” for God, because He is our true hope and has a purpose for each of us.
All men are invited to our monthly Men's Night on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm. Each month will be a different speaker or topic, but you're sure to enjoy a night of inspiration, worship, and fellowship. Invite your friends, and get connected at The Bayou Church.
